Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We ship our sneakers to locations within the United States and most international locations which parcel force can reach.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.
All delivery items will be sent by the parcel force "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Sneakers will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your sneakers will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please provide us with detailed street address for the shipping, P.O. Box address will not be accepted，We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications. Please ensure you that provide us with the proper shipping address. 

For Return:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return. All returns must be postmarked within 7days of delivery and must be in resalable conditions.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. The 4.99 USD Shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.
You may return the merchandise using any method you choose. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless we made a mistake. We do NOT charge shipping for exchanged shoes. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.

For Exchange:
Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to Sneaker power.com. The 4.99 USD will be used ship the exchanged item back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to Sneaker power.com must be posted marked within 15days your request has been approved.
Please contact us at first to obtain the return address. 
Please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any lose during the shipment, we suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
